Susan

Treatment Coordinator

For over 8 years, Susan has been our treatment coordinator. In doing so, she strives to ensure that everyone has an excellent experience from start to finish. Moreover, she most enjoys the relationships she’s built with co-workers, patients, and their families. Notably, Susan and her husband, Scott, have seven children. Interestingly, she has lived in Hawaii, Utah, Arizona, Virginia, Tokyo, and Idaho. Furthermore, if she could choose a superpower, it would be to make everyone happy.

Geri

Practice Manager

Geri began at our practice in 2014 and she was trained in dental assisting but has “always belonged in orthodontics.” She has a large, incredible family whom she loves and she also enjoys playing piano, singing, teaching Zumba, hiking and more. Geri loves helping people achieve that confident, beautiful smile they have been dreaming about and her superpower would be: Healer of All Owies.

Wendy

Treatment Coordinator

Wendy joined our team in June of 2022 and has never looked back. Consequently, as a Treatment Coordinator, she loves meeting all the different people who come into her office. Moreover, she knows that a smile is universal and is excited to help each person get a smile they want to share with everyone they encounter. Having moved to Boise in 2010 with her family, they have absolutely loved discovering all the beauty and adventure that’s here in Idaho. Additionally, she loves movies and ice cream; if she can enjoy them at the same time, even better! Lastly, if Wendy could choose her superpower, it would be to heal people’s hearts.

Jana

Insurance Coordinator

Jana joined us in 2020, she has been working in the dental field since 1992. In her free time, when she is not at the office, she loves camping with her hubby and spending time with her eight grandbabies. Furthermore, Jana also enjoys biking, paddle boarding, and gardening. Interestingly, if she could have a superpower, it would be time travel.

Vanessa

Scheduling Coordinator

Vanessa was born and raised in Puerto Rico. She started at Howell Orthodontics in 2011 before moving back to Puerto Rico for a few years, and she is now back as part of the Howell Orthodontics family. Vanessa is fully bilingual, speaking Spanish and English. Vanessa loves coming to work and helping Spanish-speaking patients. She also loves seeing beautiful smiles getting transformed every day. Vanessa is married, and she adopted a 2-year-old Beagle mix in Puerto Rico and named her Emmy. Vanessa enjoys taking Emmy on walks and to the park. Vanessa’s superpower would be to fly around the world.

Angie

Orthodontic Assistant

Angie joined our team in March 2021. Not only is she a wife and a mother to four kiddos, but she also loves camping, hiking, and archery. Additionally, Angie enjoys crafts, sewing, and nail art. What sets her apart is her superpower – she is willing to try almost anything at least once.

Jaden

Orthodontic Assistant

Jaden started at Howell Orthodontics in March 2021. She loves bees, anything outdoors and her dog, Cedar. Her superpower would be flying.

Madelyn

Orthodontic Assistant

Madelyn is a warm and friendly addition to the team and has been with us since July 2020! She was born and raised in Idaho, where she learned to love the outdoors, especially in summer. Madelyn absolutely loves her dog, Maverick, and if she could have any superpower, she would choose time travel. She is recently engaged to the love of her life!

Ali

Orthodontic Assistant

Ali joined our team in 2012 and loves Howell Orthodontics because of all the great kids she gets to meet! She also loves having such a fun work family. She and her favorite husband, Chris, love traveling, hiking, going to the movies, spending time with their four children and playing with their three granddaughters! If she could pick any superpower, it would be to freeze time.

Krista

Orthodontic Assistant

Krista has over 14 years of experience of working as an orthodontic assistant. She is married with two boys, and she loves spending time with family and friends. She also enjoys gardening, organizing, decorating and being in the outdoors. If she could choose a superpower, she would read minds!

LeeAnn

Orthodontic Assistant

LeeAnn has been with our practice since 2013 and has her associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene. She loves the people she works with and the patients. She is also very friendly, loves people, smiles a lot and is artistic. She is married with four kids, loves singing, jewelry making, crocheting, cooking and reading. As a superpower, would like to be able to make anyone feel loved.

Margo

Orthodontic Assistant

Although Margo has been with us since 2012, she has been in the field of orthodontics since 2001! She also graduated from American Institute’s Dental Assisting Program in 1999. And helping the staff and doctor is flat-out fun to Margo as she loves communicating with and building relationships with our patients. She enjoys four-wheeling, snowmobiling, camping and fishing with her blended family of nine. She would choose to be Wonder Woman for her superpower.

Mallori

Orthodontic Assistant

Mallori joined the Howell Orthodontics team in July 2020. She’s a hard and fast worker known around the office as the Energizer bunny! In her spare time, Mallori loves to be around her family, including her niece and nephews. If she had to choose a superpower, it would be to teleport somewhere warm!
